Welcome to Backwoods Bagel Co.

We are local to Hickory, NC and love making NY Style bagels. What makes ours unique is they are a bit softer on the outside than other bagels, but they taste AMAZING! We currently sell at The Hickory Farmer’s Market located in downtown Hickory, NC every Saturday. We are also available for catering and special orders during the week. We look forward to serving you soon! Don’t forget, we also have other baked goods for special orders during the week that are not available at the market.
